1. Agreement to Terms

explorebits.com is operated by Explorebits, an independent software engineering studio based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. These terms govern your use of this website, product catalog previews, and software pilot evaluations. By using this website, you agree to these terms.

2. Custom Projects and Checkpoint Delivery

Paid custom engineering builds, MVP launches, and technical audits are governed by written Statements of Work (SOWs) with defined milestones:

• Checkpoint Release Delivery: Upon full milestone completion and payment, you receive the agreed checkpoint version and delivery build for your application. Delivery does not include internal development repositories, commit histories, branch logs, or internal studio tooling.
• Custom Business Logic Ownership: You own the bespoke business logic, unique user interfaces, and custom data workflows developed specifically for your project.

3. Proprietary Libraries and Runtime Licensing

Explorebits builds applications using its proprietary starter frameworks, architectural patterns, and reusable internal libraries. These components are licensed, not sold:

• Product-Bound License: Pre-existing Explorebits libraries and frameworks are licensed strictly for runtime use within your specific delivered application. You may continue to use them indefinitely for that product, but you may not extract, redistribute, sublicense, or use them to build separate or competing products.
• Compiled Dist vs Source: Internal library source code and private package repositories remain proprietary to Explorebits. Where required for deployment and runtime compilation, compiled distributions (`dist/`), runtime bundles, or binaries are provided.

4. Product Previews and Evaluations

Demonstrations and feature lists shown in our product catalog represent real operational capabilities. Access granted during early-access pilots is a limited, non-exclusive, revocable evaluation license for your internal review. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with system infrastructure.

5. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

While we build production-grade software carefully, software during evaluation or pilot phases is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Explorebits is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for downtime caused by third-party external services (such as courier tracking API interruptions or telecommunication outages). Total liability is strictly limited to the actual fees paid by you to Explorebits in the three (3) months preceding any claim.

6. Governing Location

These terms and any engagements with Explorebits are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
